Bubble Pizza

Let’s talk about simple and frugal and not to mention yummy! Bubble Pizza Recipe

I know it has been a while, since we have last posted anything. Life has gotten really busy. I have a problem with overloading my schedule at times.

Anyway, speaking of busy; I wanted to share an easy and quick recipe that is perfect for those busy families and the best part, it’s frugal too!

Bubble Pizza has become a favorite of all four of my kids. You can change it up in so many ways, that you are sure to find one that you will love too!

What you Need:

2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1 jar of spaghetti sauce.

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese

Toppings of your choice (I used Canadian bacon & pineapple)

Salt & Pepper to taste

1st: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Use a kitchen scissors to cut each biscuit into quarters; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.

2nd: Pour sauce over quartered biscuits & top sauce with Italian seasoning.

3rd: Add the cheese and toppings of your choice.

Last: Bake uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until the sides are golden brown.

Now that is Simple, Frugal, and Great for your busy schedule!

I have also used a buffalo sauce instead of spaghetti sauce & topped with cooked chopped chicken breast.

Another great idea is to use barbeque sauce and top with chicken and sliced onions.

You cannot mess this up~ be creative!
